Proposed Policy on the Extension of Time on the Submission of Annual Report and Payment of Supervision and Regulation Fees During the State of Public Health Emergency
Amidst the State of Public Health Emergency prevailing in the country, the proposed policy shall provide CPC grantees a two (2) months extension period on the submission of Annual Reports and payment of Supervision and Regulation Fees, which fall due on May 30, 2021 and September 30, 2021, respectively.
Hence, the deadline for submission of Annual Report shall be extended from May 30, 2021 to July 30, 2021, without imposition of penalty charges. Failure to submit or non-submission of Annual Report after July 30, 2021 shall be subject to the policy guidelines as stated under NWRB Resolution No. 30-0619. In case of non-submission of Annual Report on the deadline set, the amount to be billed for Supervision and Regulation Fee shall be based on the documents previously submitted by the CPC grantee without prejudice to reassessment.
On the other hand, the deadline for payment of Supervision and Regulation Fees shall be extended from September 30, 2021 to November 30, 2021.
